Bell's favorite sausage, Boudin (Boo-dan) comes from the heart of Louisianna. Jack Sr. got the reciepe from his good friend Mr. Robert from the oakgrove smokehouse in Prairieville, Louisianna. A Cajun sausage with the right amount of heat, we make ours with fresh ground pork, white rice, green peppers and onions, and fresh beef liver. Its been called the best boudin in the world but don't take our word for it, stop in and try some next time youre in!
